What if I am an International student and want to apply for Cornell, UPenn, Yale and Stanford. However, I think my country doesn’t hold SAT/ACT exams. Will I be exempted?

In this day, SAT/ACT exams are arranged in almost every country. If not in your nearby locality, you should look for SAT/ACT exams happening around you, even if you have to travel a bit. However, in case of a country like China where SAT/ACT doesn’t exist, then universities like Cornell, UPenn, Yale and Stanford ask applicants to give GRE along with TOEFL.
