If I have any additional material to send after my application at Johns Hopkins, will that be considered?

 Yes, even if you send more material after you have submitted your application, the admission committee at Johns Hopkins will consider it and it definitely add in to your chances of getting in the university.

You have to email/fax/post your letter of update to the university along with your material with has all your information with it: name, date of birth and high school.
